I tried reaching the boutique via phone and email because I paid for overnight shipping and my order wasn’t processed as advertised. It did arrive on time, however, I never did hear back from anyone. Now, dress is damaged. The packaging for a $100 dress should not be in a thin bag, it looks like it got caught on a conveyor belt. More care in packaging and customer service would go a LONG way, now, no homecoming dress for my daughter tomorrow!!"
