Your rewards tier is based on your annual spend with us.

• Level 1 = up to $250 per year
• Level 2 = $251 - $550 per year
• Level 3 = $501 - $1000 per year
• Level 4 = $1001+ per year

If you don't spend within a year, you'll move down to the appropriate level.

Unfortunately, no, we are unable to merge accounts or emails.

All members can earn tickets when you spend over $100. You can also earn bonus tickets when you level up.

Earn 1 ticket per $50 spent on orders over $100. eg. $100 spent = 1 ticket, $150 spent = 2 tickets, $200 spent = 3 tickets, etc.

Use your tickets to redeem exclusive discounts or free products! Our offers change monthly, so be sure to check back.

Yes, tickets must be redeemed within 3 months of issue.

As a Level 3 or 4 member (hi!) your free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout - just remember to make sure you’re signed in. Level 3 members get free standard shipping and Level 4 members get free express shipping. Ensure you select your free option at checkout.

To receive your birthday treat, tell us your date of birth on the Rewards page. On your birthday we'll send a special discount code via email.

Each of our sites run their own loyalty program independently, so we're unable to transfer tickets between sites. Your tickets will apply to your respective account, depending which site you choose to order with.

Because our returns are issued as store credit, you get to keep your tier status and the tickets you originally earned, whether you return part or all of your order!

When you use your store credit on a future purchase, please keep the following in mind:

• You will not earn new tickets for the portion of your order paid for with store credit.
• You will earn tickets for any additional out-of-pocket amount spent (e.g., if you use $50 in store credit and pay an additional $100, you will earn tickets for that $100!).

There may be a delay of a few minutes to several hours. In this case, you can try refreshing your browser or app, logging out and back in, and check your Rewards History in your rewards account to see if they're showing.

You can invite your friends to place their first Beginning Boutique purchase and receive a $20 discount code in return!

Some things to know:

• Referred friends must be first time customers
• Referral must be to a valid email address
• Referred friends must spend a minimum of $100 in order for the discount to be rewarded
• You'll receive your discount code once your friend has placed their first order

Rewards members are unable to earn tickets on purchases made prior to creating a Beginning Boutique account. While rewards can't be backdated, you'll start earning them immediately once signed up.

Purchases made using a gift card or store credit will not earn tickets towards your account.

If you use both a gift card and one of our approved payment methods, you will only earn tickets on the amount paid by approved payment method.
