"Bust area is not true to size. Instead of refund as requested I was called by an agent to take a in store credit and purchase another dress that ties in the back. The 1st dress was shown as a pre-order so I paid additional delivery charges. This was false as the dress came within a week. Now the 2nd dress is delayed and after paying an additional 13. 99 for shipping my daughter is still waiting with no idea if the 2nd dress will fit with homecoming fastly approaching. I will never order from this company again."

"We ordered this for my daughter’s 8th grade dance. I did expedited shipping but came even faster than expected. We did do measurements before picking a size as she was in between a 4 and 6. Went with the 6 and it was perfect!! The straps are so pretty. She is about 5’5” and it was short but not too short. I was very impressed with the dress and customer service!"
