Misshapen Dress

"This dress is a final sale and is not cut for a human being. There are hips cut into it in the wrong part of the body. The top is very tight and super low. It feels like you want to pull it down to get the hip area in the right spot but if you do your chest will be completely out. Also the back looks as if it needs to be pull down but again the chest would go completely to your stomach. Cannot be returned so I’m out $60. I purchased a size 2 for my 15 year old daughter."
