Return Coverage (Checkout+): Add extra peace of mind at checkout for $5.99. This allows you to return or exchange all eligible items at no extra cost (excluding Final Sale). If Return Coverage is not purchased, a standard $13.99 postage and handling fee applies to all returns.
Refunds, Store Credits & Exchanges:
- Refunds: Available on orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
- Store Credit & Exchanges: Available on orders received back within 30 days of delivery. Choose between Instant Exchange (shipped immediately) or Standard Exchange (shipped once your return is in transit).
Condition & Exclusions:
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and shoes in the original box. We do not accept returns on piercing jewelry, beauty products, socks, intimates, Final Sale items, or swimwear without the hygiene seal attached (unless faulty).
