Terrible customer service

"I purchased 2 dresses. I ended up not wearing them. When I went to return they said there was a smudge on the dress. I was confused because it was never even taken out of the tote bag they gave it to me in. The cashier then told me the cashiers are trained to do quality checks before check out. I told her that my cashier must’ve missed this because the weekend I came in it was PACKED with girls trying things on for homecoming. The store was slammed. We had to have a number for the dressing room and the wait to try on was over an hour. The cashier told me “too bad so sad. ” I will never shop here again."
