Looks better on the model than real life

"I love a cowl neck line, but the material on this dress doesn't drape right. I tried moving the straps up and down to get the look like the model has, but it's like it's not cut right for me. I was also hoping to wear a bra with it, but the back is too low for a standard strapless bra. I'm 5'7 135 lbs and I usually wear a US6. I ordered that size, but it just doesn't work for me."
