Store Credit (gift card) & Exchanges are offered on all returns received back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. A $9.99 postage & handling fee will be deducted for the use of the return postage label provided.
Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date and a $13.99 postage & handling fee will be deducted for the use of the return postage label provided.
All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original cardboard box.

The neckline is very high so I wasn’t sure about it at first. After wearing it for a bit, I ended up really liking it. It’s figure hugging but not super tight. The back criss cross looks nice, I’d recommend.

I like the colour of this dress and the general design, but when I got it, it was just too short!! I am quite tall but I just felt really exposed. The material isn't the best compared to what I've received from BB in the past. Easy returns though if it's not quite right for you.
