  • How do I join the It List?+

    Simply create an account here. It’s free to join! Ensure you are signed up to receive our emails as we will be sending you lots of perks directly to your inbox. You can sign up to our emails here.

  • How do the tiers work?+

    Your rewards tier is based on your annual spend with us. Level 1 = up to $250 per year. Level 2 = $251 - $500 per year. Level 3 = $501 - $1000 per year. Level 4 = $1001+ per year. If you do not spend within 1 year, you will move down to the appropriate level.

  • Where do I find my rewards account information, like order history?+

    When you log in, you can see your account information in the Rewards History button, under the welcome message.

  • I signed up during the old program. Do I need to sign up again?+

    Nope! Your account has remained in our new program.

  • What happened to my old points from the previous program?+

    We no longer use points, we have moved to tickets! If you were in level 2, 3 or 4, we automatically issued you tickets in exchange for your points when our program changed. Please see the Earning Tickets FAQ for more information.

  • Can I combine emails or accounts?+

    Unfortunately, no, we are unable to merge accounts or emails.

    Returns: I earned a VIP tier/tickets with my last purchase, but I want to return it. What will happen to my status or tickets earned?
    That depends on the type of return. If you return for a refund, the amount you get refunded will be deducted from your overall tier spend, and the tickets earned from this order will be removed from your account. If you receive a store credit for your return you will keep the tickets acquired but will not earn tickets when you use the store credit on a new order.


  • How do tickets work? How do I earn them?+

    You can earn tickets when you reach Level 2 in our rewards program. You can earn them when you enter level 2, 3 or 4 as a bonus OR when you shop.

    Earn 1 ticket per $50 spend for orders over $100. Eg: $100 spend = 1 ticket, $150 spend = 2 tickets, $200 spend = 3 tickets, etc.

    You can use these tickets to redeem products in the redemption module, for some AMAZING merch that can’t be bought online!

  • How do I redeem tickets on products?+

    In the redemption module on the rewards page, you will see products available to purchase for tickets, and any tickets you have available to purchase them. Select the item you wish to swap and add it to cart.

    You can only redeem 1 x free product per order, and it must be redeemed with a purchase. These free products can be redeemed in conjunction with a discount code.

  • Do tickets expire?+

    Yes, tickets have to be redeemed within 3 months of issue. We’re updating the merch regularly so you can stay tuned for more exciting gifts!

  • I’m in Level 3 or 4. How do I get free shipping?+

    As a Level 3 or 4 member (hi!) your free shipping will automatically be applied at checkout - just remember to make sure you’re signed in. Level 3 members get free standard shipping and Leverl 4 members get free express shipping. Ensure you select the free option at the checkout.

  • How do I get the birthday reward?+

    Add your birthday on the Rewards page. On your birthday, we will send you a special discount code via email which is valid for 30 days from your bday on any order over $50.

  • Will I receive tickets for purchases made prior to signing up?+

    No. You must create an account and be in Level 2 to be eligible to earn tickets. Ensure you are logged for every purchase to earn tickets and level up!

  • Can I transfer tickets between sites?+

    Points are separate between our sites, so we are unable to transfer them.


  • I should have earned tickets or a new tier status on my account but I don’t see a change.+

    The first thing to note is there may be a delay in our systems communicating and tickets could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you are still not seeing points show up in your account try these tricks:
    1. Refresh your browser or the app
    2. Log out and back into your account
    3. Check your Rewards History in your rewards account to see if they are showing there

    If you still feel like your account is inaccurate you can contact our customer care team on and we will look into it for you.

  • I received an error message when referring my friends through the referral box. What happened?+

    You may have entered the email address incorrectly by mistake or forgot to put commas between emails to separate them. Try entering the emails one by one or typing it back in again to see if that fixes the problem. If you are still having trouble please contact our customer care team on so we can look into it for you.

  • I’ve referred friends but still haven’t got my $20.+

    We love you for referring friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be first time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards, and their order must have a minimum spend of $100. Also, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.

    You will receive your $20 via email as soon as your friend completes their first order on our website.
