Refunds are available if you return within 14 days of delivery.

Store credits and exchanges are available if you return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition and be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

All tags and hygiene seals must be attached.

Returns may be refused if items are not in original condition, tags are removed, or item is stained, damaged, or altered.

We process returns within 1–2 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Not Eligible for Return: Final sale, swimwear (if hygiene seal removed), earrings, cosmetics, intimates & gift cards.

RETURN COVERAGE (CHECKOUT+)

    Add extra peace of mind at checkout

    Want a little more flexibility? At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Return Coverage (Checkout+) for $5.99. With Return Coverage, you can return or exchange all eligible items from your order (excluding Final Sale) at no extra cost within 30 days of delivery. If you choose not to add Return Coverage, that’s totally okay, you can still lodge a return later through our Returns Portal, but standard return fees will apply.

    A few important things to note

    • Return Coverage (Checkout+) is final sale and can’t be refunded once purchased.
    • Shipping costs and duties from your original order are non-refundable.

    Return fees without Return Coverage

    If Return Coverage isn’t purchased at checkout, the following fees apply:

    • For refunds, store credits, exchanges & instant Exchanges, the fee of $13.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.

    Please note: Shipping costs and duties from the original order are non-refundable. *Refunds are limited to 14 days from delivery. Store credit, exchanges and instant exchanges are up to 30 days from delivery.

EXCHANGES
  • We provide two exchange options: Instant Exchange or Standard Exchange
  • Instant Exchange: Your exchange will be ordered once submitted. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card. If the item/s from an Instant Exchange are not scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.

    Standard Exchange: Your exchange order will be processed once your return shipment has been processed as "in transit' by the postal carrier (ahead of your return being delivered to us)

    • You will receive an email with your new order number.
    • Exchanges are offered on original orders received back to us within 30 days from the delivery date
      • i.e. you cannot return an exchange order and receive a second exchange order
    • A $13.99 fee will be processed with your return for the use of the return postage label provided + exchange order postage
    • Exchanges must be processed at the time of requesting your return
    • Exchanges will be shipped with Standard Post.
    • Discount codes cannot be applied within the return portal.
    • Any bonus credit applied is non-refundable and can only be redeemed when using the shop now function.
    • If the exchange item is unavailable at the time of the request then an automated email will be sent with instructions on how to proceed.
STORE CREDITS & GIFT CARDS
  • Store Credits are offered on original orders received back to us within 30 days from the delivery date
  • A $13.99 fee will be processed with your return for the use of the return postage label provided
  • Gift cards are valid for a period of up to 5 years (based on the date of issue) and cannot be extended after expiry
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable
REFUNDS
  • Refunds are offered on all eligible purchases
  • orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days of your delivery date
  • A $13.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of the return postage label provided
  • All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
    • If you used multiple payment methods (eg. store credit gift card + PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card/AfterPay), the funds will be reversed to those methods accordingly
  • Depending on your bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected at your account
IMPORTANT INFO
  • Please contact our Customer Care team prior to shipping your return if you wish to make any changes to allow quicker processing
  • It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all terms and conditions for returns are read and understood.
  • Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable
  • All returned items must be received back to us in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and shoes in original box/carton.
    • Any items not meeting this criteria cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
  • Sale items are eligible for return, however, Final Sale items in the Outlet Sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty
  • Due to hygiene reasons, beauty tools/products, piercing jewellery (eg. earrings), socks/hosiery and intimates/lingerie cannot be returned due to change of mind, sizing or fit and this will be listed in the product description unless faulty or significantly misrepresented
  • All swimwear must have their hygiene seal intact and not previously removed
  • All returns received outside of the policy timeframe will not be eligible for a refund or return
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  • If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible: info@beginningboutique.com.au
    • Please provide as much detail as possible, including photos so we can resolve this quickly.
  • In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, if you have a minor problem with a product, we will offer reimbursement for repair as the first and preferred resolution
  • If you have a major problem with a product, you are entitled to your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund
  • If we have significantly misrepresented the product or provided an incorrect description, you are entitled to your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund.

REJECTED RETURNS
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your return meets the above requirements
  • If a return is received and not approved through quality control, we will contact you immediately and provide more details
  • You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned to you or for the goods to be destroyed, as they are not fit for resale
  • If you choose for the goods to be destroyed OR if we do not receive a response for resolution within 10 days, the goods will be donated to a fabric recycling facility

Refunds are offered on all orders received back to our warehouse within 14 days (10 business days) of your delivery date.

Store Credits are offered on all orders received within 30 days of your delivery date.

We aim to process all returns within 1-2 business days of receiving the return, however we ask to
allow up to 5 business days in the case of higher volumes.
