"My daughter needed a dress for banquet and I forgot to order it in time. My daughter is 5’11” so ordinary dresses do not work. They are all too short in her. I saw that there was a next day shipping option, but missed the cut off by 30 minutes. I called the number on the website and this darling kind woman answered. I told her what happened and while in the phone with me, she not only emailed and called the warehouse but stayed in the phone hoping for an answer. When nothing came from it, we crossed our finger's that it would work out (I purchased the expedited shipping regardless. ) 30 minutes later, I received a call from this amazing woman who stayed diligently working on a solution for me and the warehouse was able to get the package out same day. Wow. Just wow. I have never experienced such amazing customer service, but I will shop here for as long as they are in business. The dress was perfect and my daughter looked absolutely beautiful. Thank you!!!"
