If you’re practicing social distancing at home, don’t worry - we’ve extended our returns period for US & Canadian customers to 45 days from the day you receive your order.
Can’t make it to the Post Office? Just drop us a message and we can work with you to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free!
Don’t forget we have FREE shipping on orders over $100 USD and optional contactless delivery for hygiene purposes.
As a business, we have already created a work-from-home environment for our office employees and implemented elevated health standards in our warehouse.
Some of the elevated health standards in our warehouse include:
- 4sqm space for staff
- No-touch Parcel (gloves will be worn and items will remain in their plastic)
- Hands will be regularly washed by our staff
- The warehouse will be cleaned hourly
We will update our website if anything changes or if you should expect any delays.
